Green Tea Detox Recipe:
- 1 bag Green Tea
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 inch long Cinnamon stick
- 2 Cups Purified Water, near boiling
Lemon and ginger tea Recipe : –
- Boiling water or organic green tea -1-2 cups
- Lemon juice- from 1/2 lemon
- Ginger – 1 inch
- honey – ½ tablespoon
Simple detox tea with lemon Recipe :-
- Lemon- 1/2
- Cayenne- 1 pinch ( optional)
- Boiling water or green tea – 1-2 cups
Cleansing Turmeric detox tea Recipe :-
- Turmeric- 1/4 teaspoon
- Pinch of black pepper
- Ginger powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Raw honey- 1 tablespoon
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup coconut milk ( optional)
Cinnamon Slimming Tea Recipe
- 1 Cup Organic Green tea
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon of raw honey
- squeeze of lemon
- 1 glass of warm or hot water (12–16 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½–1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon raw, local honey (optional)
- Warm the water.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Best served warm but drink at desired temperature.
